Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
